Just a few notes - Our restaurant is small and we have limited seating with no high chairs available. Turn times are as followed with obvious exceptions: 2pp - 1hr, 3pp - 1hr 15 min, 4pp 1hr 30 min, 5+ - 2hr. Bar is opened to walk in guests. *****3% kitchen Appreciation fee*****

As you all know by now, the cost of everything is skyrocketing. All the products that we use at Carmine have increased in cost dramatically. As an alternative to raising prices, we are suggesting a 3% kitchen appreciation fee that goes directly to our kitchen staff.

This fee supports our kitchen staff’s hard work.

This appreciation fee does not represent a tip, gratuity, or service charge for our front-of-house staff.

The fee will be applied to each in-house dining bill to allow our kitchen staff to share in the restaurant’s success.

We implemented the fee to keep up with the increased cost of living.

Most importantly, this fee goes straight to the kitchen staff. As opposed to a general price increase that would not benefit them as directly.

The fee is voluntary. If you wish to not pay it, please let your server know and we will be happy to remove it for you.
